BN Shortener provides URL shortening, link management, analytics, QR code generation, and related services. Our Service allows you to:

• Create shortened URLs from long URLs
• Track and analyze click statistics and visitor data
• Generate customizable QR codes
• Access our API for programmatic link management
• Manage and organize your shortened links

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploitation content
• Share content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Promote self-harm, suicide, or dangerous activities
• Harass, bully, or threaten other individuals

4.3 Service Abuse

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond permitted API usage
• Circumvent any security measures or access controls
• Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam)
• Create shortened URLs that redirect through multiple shorteners (link chains)
• Mask or hide the true destination of links with malicious intent

4.4 Misrepresentation

• Impersonate any person or entity
• Falsely claim affiliation with any person or organization
• Create misleading or deceptive shortened URLs
• Use our Service to spread misinformation

5. API Usage

5.1 API Access

We provide API access subject to the following conditions:

• You must use valid API credentials for all requests
• API keys are for your use only and must not be shared
• You must comply with any rate limits and usage quotas
• We may revoke API access at any time for violation of these Terms

5.2 Rate Limits

API usage is subject to rate limits based on your account tier. Excessive requests may result in temporary or permanent suspension of API access.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Broadnet Technologies LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any damages resulting from interruption or cessation of the Service
• Any damages resulting from any content or conduct of any third party on the Service

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Broadnet Technologies LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

11. Modifications to Service and Terms

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

13. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Broadnet regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

13.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
